If you’re ready, get a flashlight and start inspecting! Look in each and every nook and cranny of the washer and dryer to see what might be causing the problems.
Put on a pair of rubber cleaning gloves and feel around to see if there are any rough spots on the washer walls or drum. Also do the same for the dryer. If you find there’s a rough spot, contact a service company for help getting this issue fixed.
