Quickly un-wrinkle clothing – OK, remember the tip to set a reminder in our last post? Say you do remember to switch clothes from the washer to the dryer, but forgot to set the timer to remind you to get them out of the dryer (it happens, we understand!) You’ll probably end up with a wrinkly mess of tangled laundry. Don’t worry; dampen a washcloth with a bit of water and toss it into the dryer with your wrinkled mess. Turn the dryer on to hot and continue to dry them for about 10-15 minutes. The damp washcloth will help to unwrinkled the load of laundry!

Add Lavender Oil to the Rinse Cycle – Before your sheets and other bed linens are finished washing, try adding 2 or 3 drops of lavender oil to the rinse cycle. They’ll come out of the dryer smelling fresh and will help your family sleep better at night!
